We only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which we hold the data, to meet your needs or to comply with our legal obligations. To establish how long we keep your data, we apply the following criteria:

COOKIE POLICY
DEFINITION OF A COOKIE
A "cookie" is a small information file sent to the User's browser and stored on the User's terminal (e.g. computer, smartphone, tablet or any other device optimised for the Internet), (hereinafter "Cookies"). They are, for the most part, used to operate a website, improve its operation and make it more efficient. A website can read these files and interrogate them, which enables it to recognise you and record important information that will facilitate your use of the website (for example, your preferences as a user of the Site - hereinafter "User").
This file includes information such as the User's domain name, the User's Internet service provider, the User's operating system, IP address, date and time of access and preferences.
TYPE OF COOKIES USED
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function properly and cannot be deactivated from our systems. They are generally activated in response to actions you perform that correspond to a request for services, such as configuring your confidentiality preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can configure your browser to block or be alerted to the use of these cookies. However, if this category of cookies - which do not store any personal data - is blocked, certain parts of the site may not function.
Performance cookies
These cookies enable us to determine the number of visits and sources of traffic to our website, in order to measure and improve its performance. They also help us to identify the most and least visited pages and to evaluate how visitors navigate the site. All the information collected by these cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymised. If you do not accept this category of cookies, we will not be able to know when you visited our website.
Cookies for targeted advertising
These cookies may be activated on our website by our advertising partners. They may be used by these companies to establish a profile of your interests, and enable them to offer you targeted advertising on other sites. They only work by identifying your browser and your device. If you do not accept this category of cookies, you will be offered advertisements that are less targeted to your interests when you browse other websites.
Social network" cookies
These cookies are activated by the services offered on the social networks that we have added to our site, in order to give you the possibility of sharing our content with your network and your friends. They enable us to track your browsing on other sites and profile your interests. This may affect the content and messages displayed on other websites you visit.
If we do not accept this category of cookies, you may not be able to use or even view these sharing tools.
MANAGING COOKIE PREFERENCES
As Cookies facilitate browsing and/or the provision of services offered by the Site, the User may configure his/her browser to allow him/her to decide whether or not to accept them so that Cookies are stored in the terminal or, on the contrary, that they are rejected, either systematically or depending on the sender. The User may also configure their browser software so that acceptance or rejection of Cookies is offered from time to time, before a Cookie is likely to be recorded in their terminal.
ACTION PIN informs the User that, in this case, it is possible that not all the functions of their browser software will be available.
If the User refuses to save Cookies in their terminal or browser, or if the User deletes those saved, the User is informed that their browsing and experience on the Site may be limited. This may also be the case when ACTION PIN or one of its service providers is unable to recognise, for technical compatibility purposes, the type of browser used by the terminal, the language and display settings or the country from which the terminal appears to be connected to the Internet.
Where applicable, ACTION PIN declines all responsibility for the consequences linked to the degraded functioning of the Site and any services offered by ACTION PIN, resulting from the refusal of Cookies by the User or the impossibility for ACTION PIN to record or consult the Cookies necessary for their functioning due to the User's choice. For the management of Cookies and User choices, the configuration of each browser is different. This is described in the browser's help menu, which will indicate how the User can modify his/her wishes with regard to Cookies.
At any time, the User can choose to express and modify their wishes with regard to Cookies. ACTION PIN may also use the services of external service providers to help it collect and process the information described in this section.
COOKIES LINKED TO SOCIAL NETWORKS
Finally, by clicking on the icons dedicated to social networks, Linkedin appearing on the ACTION PIN website or in its mobile application and if the user has accepted the deposit of cookies by continuing to browse the agriculture.action-pin.com website, Linkedin may also deposit cookies on your terminals (computer, tablet, mobile phone).
These types of cookies are only deposited on your terminals if you give your consent by continuing to browse the agriculture.action-pin.com website. However, the User can withdraw their consent to ACTION PIN placing this type of cookie at any time.
INTERNET TAGS
ACTION PIN, acting in its capacity as data controller, may occasionally use Internet tags (also known as action tags, single-pixel GIFs, transparent GIFs, invisible GIFs and one-to-one GIFs) and deploy them via a partner specialising in web analysis, which may be located (and therefore store the corresponding information, including the User's IP address in a foreign country) in a foreign country.
These beacons are placed both in the online advertisements enabling Internet users to access the Site, and on the different pages of the Site.
This technology enables ACTION PIN to evaluate visitors' responses to the Site and the effectiveness of its actions (for example, the number of times a page is opened and the information consulted), as well as the use of the Site by the User.
The external service provider may collect information on visitors to the Site and other websites thanks to these tags, compile reports on the activity of the Site for ACTION PIN, and provide other services relating to the use of the Site and the Internet.
