LANDAYA®
LANDAYA® is a highly concentrated alkaline cleaner designed to eliminate residues of phytosanitary active substances (sulfonylureas, pendimethalin, etc.) during sprayer cleaning. It also degreases any type of surface, allowing for the maintenance of agricultural equipment, while being easy to use and suitable for food contact after rinsing with potable water.
PRODUCT FUNCTIONS
97.7% bio-based, LANDAYA® is composed of fatty acid and resin soap from pine trees and a mixture of terpenes with high solvent and odorising power. It eliminates residues of phytosanitary active ingredients (sulphonylureas, pendimethalin, copper oxide, etc.) when cleaning the inside of the sprayer tank and prevents their redeposition.
LANDAYA® is a highly concentrated alkaline cleaner that degreases all types of surfaces such as the outside of sprayers and agricultural equipment. Its cold and hot water soluble formula remains effective regardless of water hardness. LANDAYA® contains 99.4% of biodegradable ingredients in 28 days (OECD 301).
This product is suitable for food contact after rinsing with drinking water.

For good spraying quality and a longer life of the equipment, cleaning is recommended after use. For an optimal cleaning, remove filters, pre-filters and section filters and clean them in a solution with 2% LANDAYA®.
Amount of use for cleaning the inside of the sprayer tank : 2%. Amount of use for cleaning the outside of the sprayer and agricultural equipment: 2-5% dependng on the degree of soiling.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Cleaning the sprayer interior
- Fill the tank to at least 10% of its capacity (previously rinsed and emptied).
- Prepare a 2% solution of LANDAYA®, i.e. 2 L per 100 litres of water;
- Start the agitation in order to make the cleaning solution circulate in the pipes and ramps of the sprayer ;
- Leave for 5 minutes and then start emptying the sprayer ;
- At the end of the cleaning, empty the tank, rinse until the product is completely eliminated.
Cleaning the sprayer exterior and the agricultural equipment
- Prepare a 2-5% solution of LANDAYA®, i.e. 0.2-0.5 L per 10 litres of water;
- Spray with a hand sprayer ;
- Allow to work for 5 minutes ;
- Rinse with a jet or high pressure cleaner.
